We jumped at the chance to name, brand and market this striking 1980s Brutalist tower in Cheltenham.

We named it 'The Podium' and created an identity that used high contrast black and white photography to sell to creatives, art students and those who were looking for a different perspective. All of the apartments were sold within six months.

In the last twelve months we've worked on over fifty commercial office buildings across a variety of locations in London and the south of England. 21 Poland Street stands out as a branding exercise that influenced not only the marketing collateral and communications but also the onsite signage and way-finding pulling together a truly integrated piece of design.

The Grosvenor Estate required a brand for both Elizabeth Street and also individual boutique retail units that line this popular Belgravia street. They wanted a brand that would resonate directly with individual business owners who were likely to be from the fashion industry. Our campaign styled itself into a fashion magazine rather than a retail property brochure.

Space 170 Liverpool is a project that underpins everything we believe in - being creative and concise. Our role was to create a brand and integrated marketing collateral including website and onsite signage that quickly communicated the core benefits of the space through the use of infographics and short snappy messages.

Miserden is a private estate in Gloucestershire that required a full re-brand and integrated marketing strategy to help promote the businesses and services within the estate itself. Our work helped to shape not only the visual aspect of the estate but also the tone of voice and communications surrounding the services they provide.
